The article discusses problems of the working countries of the member states of the Eurasian Economic Union from the date of its creation. The relevance of the article is expressed in the legal regulations for the free movement of workers within the EAEU.
As a result of the study, the aim of this article is to identify conflicting norms of national legislation of the EAEU member states with the EAEU agreement, through coordination within the framework of the integration.
An analysis is being made of the activities undertaken by the Eurasian Economic Commission, proposing some necessary measures for making a common decision. It emphasizes measures such as the problems of providing pensions, suggesting the need for additional privileges for citizens of the EAEU members. Also, the EEC is considering and preparing an agreement between member states on the recognition of an academic degree. Here, having analyzed the legal situation, it is proposed to take into account and work on open issues.
The practice of the court of the Eurasian Economic Union shows problems faced by legionnaire athletes in the process of implementing labor relations and directly related relations by analyzing the national legislation of all EAEU member states. The analysis showed that the norms of national law comply with the norms of the EAEU agreement and the assumption of this violation in practice. It is concluded that the EAEU Court fulfills the functions assigned to it.
The similar case was considered in practice, but it did not reach the trial of the EAEU Court, on preventing citizens of the Republic of Armenia from entering the Russian Federation to work as drivers. The case is about the non-recognition of a driver’s license.
The reason for such an act on the part of the Russian Federation was revealed by conducting an analysis of the national legislation, and it was also suggested that there was a need to harmonize the norms of the law.
As a result of research, we come to the opinion to take maximum measures to improve the implementation of working conditions for citizens of the EAEU member states, thus; they feel the care of this union.
