The Republic of Kazakhstan claims to be a democratic, secular, legal and social state, the highest values of which are the person, his life, rights and freedoms. The most important task facing the Republic of Kazakhstan on the way to further democratic transformations is the implementation of legal policy aimed at implementing the constitutional ideas of the rule of law. In accordance with the 25th step of the "national Plan – 100 concrete steps", the country has created an international Council under the Supreme court of the Republic of Kazakhstan to implement the best international standards with the participation of reputable foreign judges and lawyers.
We believe that the conclusions of scientists and specialists of the International Council of the Supreme court of the Republic of Kazakhstan will contribute to making legal and justified decisions of the court when considering investment disputes and will take their place among the evidence. The purpose of the study is to identify the functions of the International Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a factor in improving the justice system of the Republic of Kazakhstan. The development of the International Council under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kazakhstan can be facilitated by improving the legal regulation of its activities.
In the article, the authors give suggestions for improving the civil procedure legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, related to the participation of specialists of the International Council of the Supreme court of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the consideration of investment disputes.
The authors concluded that when considering an investment dispute, the conclusion of experts of the International Council of the Supreme court of the Republic of Kazakhstan can be considered evidence in the case.
