ON THE QUESTION OF THE CONSTITUTIONAL AND LEGAL BASIS OF THE SOVEREIGNTY OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

In his article has been analyzed the theory of sovereignty as a legal basis for fixing the system of government. Very carefully were studied the state sovereignty, national sovereignty and people’s sovereignty. The question of the right of nations and peoples to self-determination is one of the most important in the international law; its embarrassed the international community for many years. The implementation of the principle of the right of peoples to self-determination should be considered in the context of all the principles of international law, in particular, does not violate the territorial integrity and political unity of the state
