THE ROLE OF LANGUAGE WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF PROGRAMME «RUKHANI ZHANGHYRU»

Abstract

To be born in a country that has great future and ambitions means that a part of the dream of patriotic citizen becomes true.

Since Kazakhstan gained independence, it has reached the world level and participatesin festivals, olympiads, exhibitions, festive evenings, and other similar events, our compatriots return to the country with prize-winning places. This is an indicator of a sovereign and independent country.

Substantial changes were made in the education system, so with the support of the Head of State, the «Bolashak» program has been implemented. Thousands of students receive and improve their knowledge in foreign countries, improve their qualifications, exchange experience with students from other countries and work for the good of the country.

In educational institutions the educational system has been updated, world-class practice has been used. Within the framework of the project «Digital Kazakhstan», the electronic educational programs and electronic library have been introduced. Citizens of all ages can continue their studies, acquainting themselves with all kinds of any educational system.

At present, this is the period that should be writtenin the historical chronicle of the Kazakh peoplein gold letters. Because we are a sovereign country with a history of 25 years of independence. In his annual message to the people of Kazakhstan, the Leader of the Nation does not forget about improving the conditions of the people.

Since the Head of State in the Program article «Rukhanijangiru» noted the initiative to switch to the Latin schedule, different arguments and debates took place in the society. This is a historic decision – the direction to a new tipping point. Taking into account an international experience, it is expected that the language will be subordinated to the new alphabet based on the original sounds.

The main goal of adopting the Latin script is to create conditions for every citizen of Kazakhstan to learn the state language. Acceptance of Latin graphics in Kazakhstan is the key to a great success. This is the key to the success of Kazakhstan, Kazakh spirit and Kazakh language.
