LEGAL MONITORING AS MEASURE OF PROVIDING OF LEGALITY OF NORMATIVE LEGAL ACTS

Abstract

A concept and questions of efficiency of the legal adjusting of monitoring of normative legal acts, correlation of aims and tasks of the legal monitoring are examined in the article. Maintenance is in this connection analysed ratified by the decision of Government of Republic of Kazakhstan from August, 25 2011 № of Rules of realization of the legal monitoring of normative legal acts 964, аnd also ratified by the order of acting as Minister of justice of Republic of Kazakhstan from October, 28, 2011 №350 Methodical recommendations on realization of the legal monitoring of normative legal acts. One of reasons of insufficient efficiency of Rules and Methodical recommendations is specified.
