Abstract

The article examines the institutional part of the Project of the Treaty about the Establishment of the Eurasian Economic Union within the Republic of Belarus, Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation. Concluded that the balance of the Project of the Treaty, aimed at the economic cooperation of its members.
