Abstract

The article is sanctified to some questions of the traditional legal system and legal mechanisms of influencing on adjusting global calls. In the article basic signs and some legal problems open up concerning the регулятивной normative role of traditional right. Basic priorities of the legal system of Eurasian space are also examined.
