ABOUT THE RECOGNITION AND EXECUTION OF FOREIGN JUDGMENTS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE EURASIAN ECONOMIC COMMUNITY

Abstract

In the article considers conditions of the recognition and execution of foreign judgments in the framework of the Eurasian Economic Community, participation of the states-members of Eurasian Economic Community in multilateral conventions and bilateral treaties on international legal assistance on civil cases concluded within the framework of the Community. Conducts short analysis of the content of agreements concluded within the framework of the Commonwealth of Independent States, applying by the states-members of the Eurasian Economic Community and the research of the content of bilateral international treaties in this sphere. Attention paid to the peculiarities of the procedures in assistance of international legal aid in civil matters within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Community.
