ON THE CLASSIFICATION OF INTERNATIONAL OBLIGATIONS IN THE FIELD OF SPACE ACTIVITIES

Abstract

The article considers and analyzes the types of international obligations in the field of space activities. In particular, the author has analyzed such types of international obligations in the field of space activities as obligations of conduct and obligations of result, bilateral obligations and obligations ergaomnes, self-executing  and non-self-executing obligations. The author notes that the type of international obligation largely determines its implementation order and it is closely linked to the issues of international legal responsibility.
