THE FORMING OF THE DOCTRINE OF THE ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

In the article the pressing questions of development of the doctrine of the administrative process in Ukraine are examined. The author’s conception of administrative process, which plugs in itself an administrative process, administrative offence process and administrative trial process is offered. A conclusion is done, that development of science of administrative law requires the revision of the article of the administrative law.
