Abstract

The Article elucidates the major tendencies of development of the Ukraine’s legislation on social security and the issues of formation of the new system of the social protection of population. The Author substantiates the role of social partnership in formation of the institutes of social security law and in definition of the content of notion “social pledges of a state”.
