On the implementation of international standards of the administration of justice in the system of criminal justice Russian

Abstract

In this article issues of introduction and actual application of the international standards of administration of justice in the Russian criminal trial are considered. Practice of authoritative interpretation of the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms by European Court of Human Rights developed concerning the Russian Federation is analyzed.
