The article discusses the need to speak not only of the legal but also the spiritual basis of affiliation of religious institutions and the state. Determined that the ideals and standards that underlie the assessment of the state and public policy have religious roots.
The author argues that it is not the constitution, and religion form the highest product of spiritual creativity, and a higher purpose of life. Not a state, but a religious idea embodies with great depth and fullness of the true purpose of history and culture.
