Abstract

The author of the article analyzes the fourth edition of entrepreneurial Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan concept for reasonableness of development the project of legal act directed to regulate the entrepreneurial relations in Republic of Kazakhstan. An attempt to estimate the potential efficiency in case of adoption the shown above legal act was made in the article.
