ETYMOLOGY CONCEPT OF «ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT» AND «ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT» IN THE CONTEXT OF ENHANCING THE ENVIRONMENTAL AND BUSINESS LAW

Abstract

In the article explores actual issues of improving corporate environmental management, possibilities of adopting international ecological standards and standards of ecological management, introducing ecological marking and pollution control. Author considers existing problems of corporate environmental management and makes some recommendations to improve this institute. Special attention is paid to getting society and NGO`s involved in environmental management.
