THE CURRENT STATE OF THE INSTITUTE OF RECONCILIATION OF THE PARTIES IN THE CRIMINAL LAW OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

Abstract

In this article the author attempts to analyze the current state of the criminal legislation of Kazakhstan in the field of reconciliation. The article states that the birth of the institute of reconciliation with the victim in the Criminal Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan was due to the general trend, reflected in the expansion of the private began in Kazakhstan legal system. The author reveals the shortcomings of legal regulation of individual life situations in the field of reconciliation of the parties, requiring serious scientific study.
