Abstract

The legal status of the State symbols of the Republic of Kazakhstan is determined by the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the constitutional law and bylaws. There are standards among them. Kazakh and Russian languages text of the standard has the status of «national standard» with the names «ST RK 989-2014 the National Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Technical conditions» allowed a lot of legal and language mistakes.

The main purpose of the article is to correct mistakes and shortcomings. This standard, in order to comply with the «national standard» status, requires work to correct mistakes.
