Abstract

The present article is devoted to legal aspects of labour relations’ liberalization through drafting new Labour code of the Republic of Kazakhstan. On the basis of foreign experience authors propose measures maintained flexibility of labour relations, for example, simplify conditions of change, suspension or termination of the employment contract және тоқтату рәсімдерін оңайлату мысалында еңбек қатынастарының икемділігін қамтамасыз ету шараларын ұсынады.
