Abstract

Article is devoted to the experience of the preparation of international treaties of the Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union. Shown the main approaches of the national legislation of the Member States on the preparation of the treaties. Stated the basic aspects of the preparation of international treaties in the framework of the EAEC.
