Abstract

The article considered the necessity of further development of the public-private partnership scope in Kazakhstan. On the basis of international experience in the UK, Australia and Portugal, the author concludes about a possibility of gradual transition from public procurement system to the public-private partnerships. Practical recommendations for the implementation of this direction are given.
