Abstract

The article reveals the peculiarities of legal regulation of the use of human organs and tissues in transplantation, as the special objects of the civil law of the Republic of Kazakhstan. We present a comparative legal analysis of the laws of foreign countries on the use of human organs and tissues in the field of transplantation.
