Abstract

In this article the concept of the «law of the Customs Union and the Common Economic Space» and «Kazakh law» are determined and the correlation between them is analyzed. The proposals on the development and adoption of new agreements on Eurasian integration and new Kazakh laws, subject to facilitate implementation of such agreements in the Republic of Kazakhstan, are substantiated.
