One of the main task of our law machinery is investigation and disclosure of the crimes. Nowadays in Ukraine there is serious trouble which is caused by spreading of such illnesses as AIDs, hepatitis C, sexually transmitted diseases and other cureless infectious sicknesses.
One of the most important elements of criminalistics characteristics of any crime is the situation in which the crime was committed. The adjudication of the situation means the ascertainment of the circumstances which characterize the interpersonal relations, analyze the life situation in which the crime was committed.
The criminal event, its preparation and the concealment of the crime trails after the crime commission go in the particular conditions of the location in space, of time, of the illumination and the manifestation of the natural, climatic and everyday factors.
The particular conditions influence the crime in different ways, assemble independently or by the participants’ wills and mainly it characterizes the certain external surroundings, other factors of objective reality. The analysis allows to collect the criminalistic significant information about the situation which occurred at the moment of crime commission.
