STANDARD LOADING OF THE TERM

Abstract

In article the author stops on theoretical and practical problems of formation of the term.

Comprehensively gives arguments that various application on contextual value in laws in the Kazakh language of the term "preservation" leads to the distorted understanding of the law and interferes with its implementation. In this regard the author offers the word "preservation" fixed in the Russian transcription (from the Latin word "conservation") in the Kazakh option to apply as the term " консерваттау" or in primordially Kazakh transcription as "кәнсербаттау", "conservation - кәнсербілеу".
