LATIN SCRIPT AND SOME ASPECTS OF LEGISLATIVE TERMS

The article discusses some features of the process of registration of legislative terms in the Latin script. The article conceptually considers lexical and terminological aspects of spelling of national legislation texts in Latin script, and in this context the issues of its qualitatively new application. The author touches upon the topical issues of translation from Cyrillic to Latin alphabet of legislative terms with the use of orthoepy and spelling of new graphics, while maintaining the full lexical rules of the Kazakh language. At the same time, the translation into the Kazakh language and lexically correct use of the terms of national legislation, especially the terms of international application in the Latin alphabet, requires a thorough approach and careful study, and it is the key idea of the article. The new Latin script, in turn, will fully enhance the adaptation of the use of legislative terms in the national language.
The final part of the article States the idea of the historical fact of the translation of the national writing of the country into the Latin alphabet, the beginning of which has already been realized in the period of "rukhani zhangyru", a new update of the Kazakh society, is an actual event, and it is undoubtedly important for the sphere of national legislation.
