THE STRUCTURE OF THE LEGAL TERMS AND LEGAL FEATURES OF WORD FORMATION

Abstract

This article states that the transfer is necessary to use words and take into account the style proposals properly. At the same time, it points out that the presentation to the competent law must be deep knowledge of legal terms. The ways of the correct use of terms, the creation of new terms by combining them with different words. Examples of the "rich" of the Kazakh language and examples of how the new terms are also given. Examples of some types of terminology creation taking place in the current legislation. Namely:

а) using taken from another language terms (экспорт-импорт, валюталық мониторинг);

1. b) attributive-noun terms (мемлекеттік есеп, мемлекеттік аппарат, мемлекеттік бюджет);
2. c) verb-substantive terms (орталықтандырылған тәртіп, талап қою құқығы);
3. d) mainly consisting of nouns , adjectives, verbs terms (инвестициялық қорлардың тиесілі пайлары, зейнетақы жинақтары құпиясы, үлестес тұлғалар, бағалы қағаздар нарығы);
4. i) terms consisting of two nouns (мемлекет қаржысы, еңбек тәртібі, халықаралық келісім);
5. f) terms consisting of nouns and adjectives (қажетті қорғану, үлестік меншік, ұсақ ұрлық);
6. g) terms consist of verbs and nouns (сынау мерзімі, тәртіптік жауаптылыққа тарту);
7. h) term consisting of three or more components (ақша-кредит саясаты, қаржы қызметін тұтынушылар);
8. i) terms consisting of a noun and a verb connection (пенсия тағайындау комиссиясы, куәден жауап алу, сауда ережелерін бұзу).

However , the article pointed out that the legal language originates from a nation-wide vocabulary , and that the people's vocabulary this day can make a huge contribution to the creation of terms.

In conclusion , despite the fact that the legal terms and legal phrase originates from the popular lexicon , their content must be accurate , and should not be distorted.
