SOME QUESTIONS OF TERMS IN INTERNATIONAL TREATIES

Abstract

The introduction of the article refers to the importance of international treaties, describes the role of agreements, treaties and other documents concluded between states in the development of the national economy and improving the welfare of the people.

The article notes the contribution of treaties, agreements, protocols, conventions and memorandums of Kazakhstan, concluded with many states of the world in the period after our state gained independence, in establishing international relations and state development.

Taking into account the opinions expressed by the Head of State N.A. Nazarbayev in the Address to the people of Kazakhstan on the topics: “Strategy“ Kazakhstan-2050 ”: a new political course of the established state”, “Kazakhstan's way-2050: Common goal, common interests, common future”, and during the conversation in Ulytau regarding the state language , the author notes about the work done in this direction.

The analysis of several texts of international treaties in the state language was carried out, the revealed discrepancies are shown by concrete examples. Some terms and phrases attached scientific justification. After discussion by members of the Republican Terminology Commission under the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the approved versions of such words are presented.

The article also raises the issue of insufficient attention to the compilation of the thesaurus of words, sentences and phrases.
