ISSUES OF INTERNATIONAL LAW IN THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN AND ISSUES OF INTERACTION WITH KAZAKHSTAN INTERNATIONAL LEGAL SCIENCE

Abstract

The article analyzes the international legal approaches of the Republic of Kazakhstan aimed at establishment of mutually beneficial international relations with other States. Special attention is devoted to the process of conclusion of international treaties of the Republic of Kazakhstan with other States and to the rules for the conduct of scientific legal examination, on the place of the Kazakhstan science of international law and its relationship with the activities of state bodies of the country).

This article discloses and analyzes the same issues that were published in 2007, but taking into account the changes that have occurred in the current legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in the foreign policy of Kazakhstan in the modern system of international relations, the analysis of the most relevant aspects related to the conclusion of international agreements by the Republic of Kazakhstan, the place of international law in the system of law in force, on the need for scientific legal examination of the drafts of  treaties and the treaties in force, on the need for the accession of a number of international treaties, on the place of the Kazakhstan International law science and its relationship with the activities of state bodies. Those issues that were disclosed in the previous article and have not lost relevance at the present time have been slightly changed and are again presented in this article.
