STUDYING OF STYLISTICS OF THE TEXT OF THE CIVIL CODE OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN IN A STATE LANGUAGE

Mentioned paper focuses on issues associatedwiththe syntactic phrases and the syntactic natures of the Civil Code translation. Author also mentions that in translation process the knowledge of language plays a significant role. Moreover, author considers an importance of following the rules of the Kazakh language in the translation of legal acts. Furthermore, the paper pays a close attention to issues related to taking into account the word divided and the morphological character of the legal language. The word formation in the legal language, avoiding ambiguity and literal translation of words, the possibility of developing an idea through the purity of language, the ability to express ideas or transmit information precisely through ideas are examined by author.
The development of independent Kazakhstan also depends on translation. Enlarging of social-economic, spiritual, cultural communications between countries and nations requires not only training skilled experts; also it necessitates putting on agenda issues related to the theory of translation.
Yet it would be efficient if author considers the theoretical aspect of the language alongside with its practical issues. Nevertheless, the fact that the paper covers issues associated withcritical problems of translation, syntactic and linguistic side of translation related to the development of the language worth a high esteem. Likewise, the paper discusses ambiguous translation of some sentences of the Civil Code and offers approaches to improve them.
