GENESIS OF A VOCABULARY OF THE NATIONAL RIGHT IN KAZAKH

Article is related to the research of genesis of forming of a vocabulary in Kazakh language of the national right. The vocabulary of the right is understood as set of the words used in the sphere of the right.
Forming of a vocabulary originates from the independence acquisition moment. Lexical units are closely connected with forming of a system of law and its enhancement. Therefore their non-use and even transformation of some of them into archaisms is now the objective phenomenon. It is possible to give some words and phrases as an example in Kazakh from texts of one of the legal platform of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan – the Constitutional law "About the State Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" of December 16, 1991 and one of international treaties – the Consular convention between the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Republic of Turkey of September 2, 1993 as "yukimet", " zheke adamnyn hukylary", "yuzin-yuzi bilyu hyky", "hykylyk memleket", "halykaralyk huk" "birdey mendetkerlye", "tyrgylykty orny", "zandyk bilik", "atkarushy yukimet" which can't be read out from a line item of today wrong. But, they all have shortcomings.
Conclusion of legal words and phrases from active turnover assumes including researches of the reasons of their emergence and implementation in the legislation. Some versions of legal lexicon on an equal basis with the purposeful systematic translation, word formation, were taken from a vocabulary of the Kazakhs who arrived from foreign countries. As a result of such processes along with general lexicon, the inventory of legal lexicon was created and increases. Such process continues to this day.
In the article the genesis of forming of a lexical inventory is shown by means of studying of problems of registration and practice of application of words and phrases in the operating regulatory legal acts and international agreements of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
