ANALYSIS OF LEGISLATION IN THE SPHERE OF FORMATION OF ANTI-CORRUPTION LEGAL CULTURE

Abstract

Recognizing corruption as a global social evil and noting that corruption has long existed, it is necessary to combat this negative phenomenon, which undermines national interests and political stability all the time. The author in the article gives various definitions on the term "corruption" and notes that the fight against corruption is extremely urgent and should be led by the whole society. In order to combat corruption, it is necessary to form an anti-corruption culture in society, which is expressed in the development of zero intolerance to any manifestation of corruption.

The article defines the concept of "culture" and notes that anti-corruption culture occupies one of their central places in the system of legal culture. The author defines anti-corruption culture as a person's conscious ability to resist corruption, for which a person must have a legal culture, a high moral culture. This means that a person must have sufficient legal consciousness, that is, to know about legal phenomena, the responsibility for committing an offense.

Therefore, it can be argued that the basis of anti-corruption culture is a moral and legal culture that teaches us to live human beings on the basis of law, respect the law and protect our rights. Having studied this problem, the author believes that the formation of an anti-corruption culture is based on the moral and legal culture of a person. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct anti-corruption education and upbringing constantly, continuously, purposefully and comprehensively.

To eradicate corruption, it is necessary to raise public consciousness, including the consciousness of every individual in society. To raise public consciousness means to modernize public consciousness, that is, to adapt the consciousness of society and every individual of society to the realities of the present time, to create an atmosphere of intolerance to corruption in society.
