THE ISSUES OF FORMATION AND FUNCTIONING OF SOME TERMS AND THEIR USAGE IN LEGISLATIVE ACTS

Abstract

The article deals with the formation of terms. The current state of some terms has been analyzed.

In the modern Kazakh language, there are many special terms in various fields of education. Many of them are used in the legislation. However, the meaning of the terms used in the legislation is not always clear. Therefore, it is necessary to give priority to simple and understandable terms. Do not use too complicated and incomprehensible terms. Understanding terms depends on the accuracy of their definition in legislative acts.

The main aim of the article is to study the problems of the use of terms in legislative acts. The author deals with the issues of clarifying the requirements for the creation of terms in the Kazakh language by studying the terminology and terminology terms. Analyzes the circumstances in which negative terms are misused in the legislation. The author recommends revising some of the terms used in legislative acts.
